OK, we knew it would happen, Trump would take credit for the release of the president's birth certificate. Trump said he is so proud of himself for forcing BHO to release the birth certificate. I will not even get into the fact that Trump said he would release his tax returns when the birth certificate was released. After all Trump is Trump and there should be no expectation that his word is worth spit, just ask his bankers. And you know he wouldn't miss a beat going after the president for getting special treatment because of his race, another given.
But thirteen states have or are considering legislation that will demand of every candidate for the presidency to produce a valid birth certificate. So why wait for that drop dead date. Why not take that issue off the table now. Couple that with the insidious result of day after day questions of birth coming up and more and more American dullards buying into it. That fact alone creates a corrosive environment to overcome so it was time to nip it in the bud no matter how outrageous or ridiculous the RepubliCants were tied in knots not to question too firmly this silly accusation.
